Questions

Is my giving data uploaded anywhere?

No. The CSV is read by your browser on your own computer. Donor names and amounts never reach our server. We only count anonymous page views and how many files were converted.

Which file do I need from Planning Center?

The transaction details CSV of a single payout, from the Payouts tab on the Payments page in Accounts. If your columns have different names, pick them in step 2.

How are refunds and fees handled?

Refunds reduce the fund they came from. Fees are recorded as an expense, so the net line equals the amount deposited to your bank and you can match it in bank reconciliation.

Does it work with QuickBooks Desktop?

Not yet. The file is made for QuickBooks Online's journal entry import and Xero's manual journal import.
